The Wearies are a Modern Classic Rock Band from San Francisco California. Formed by Singer/Songwriter/Guitarist Erik Mullin. The Wearies released two independent Ep's, “Super Spectacular Volume One” in 2005, and "Glisten" in 2006. In 2007 The Wearies released "Stereolust" their first full length album. The band is known for their heartfelt performances and catchy rock anthems. The original line up disbanded in 2010. Mullin re-formed the band with new members from 2012-2016 releasing a best of EP with a new single “This Time” The Wearies sound can only be described as a powerhouse of rock and roll that carries the spirit of a time when of tube amps and guitar solos ruled the world.
E. Mullin is the driving force behind the music and in front of the stage. In 2016, Mullin formed the San Diego based Americana Rock Duo, The Mulroys, with his best friend Theron Royer on Guitar. The Mulroys released the EP “Somewhere Along The Way” in 2017 and the full length concept album “Splitsville” in 2020.
Mullin did not stop there, after the pandemic blew over Mullin continued to grow his catalog of songs and form yet another great rock outfit under the name "Stereolust" a classic rock inspired band that infuses his new and past material with his own renditions of classic rock radio hits.
In 2026, E. Mullin decided it was was time to release some new songs as THE WEARIES. He got some of his old band members together, Robert Martinez on lead guitar, Kevin Jobe on Bass, and Jeff Gordon on the drums to celebrate the informal 20 year anniversary of the band.
Rock&Roll Love is the up and coming two song release due out Sept. 23rd 2026. If you like rock music and long for the days of fist pumping and head banging, with the top down and the radio blasting, then the wait is over.
